We will not be liable for:

• Neglect to properly care and/or store products and/or accessories.  
• Using the product and/or accessories for unintended purposes.
• Insufficient research in selecting the correct product and/or accessories for your vehicle and/or use. 
• Commerical use of product/s and/or accessories. 
• Subsequent loss
• Wear and tear in line with normal use.
• Accidents and/or loss due to natural events. 
• Alterations to the product/s and/or accessories including and/or additions to electrical systems by unauthorised fitters. 

Your Obligations

To initiate a Warranty Claim, you are required to contact us at the earliest sign of defect. 

Please be advised that if you received an email for approval for a warranty, this approval is conditional until final inspection. We reserve the right to cancel any approval should the product/s and/or accessories be deemed to be operating within allowable tolerances.
