Returns Terms & Conditions

We do not accept returns on our Rugged Bullbars and/or accessory products. 

Your Rugged Bullbar should never be altered in any circumstances or for any reason and “will void” any/all warranties.

Government weight restrictions and compliance is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel an order prior to the item being shipped, please contact us via email info@ruggedbullbars.com.au with details regarding cancelation of your order.

Please note, all cancellations are subject to a 15-percent cancellation fee and/or forfeiture of your deposit.

Lead times are a estimates only and are/can be subject to change.

Damaged Or Missing Items

If you have received a visibly damaged shipment, please ensure you refuse the delivery. We are unable to assist with visibly damaged orders that have been signed for as your signature indicates delivery of product/s in a condition which you deem acceptable. 

If your shipment has been received with missing product/s please contact us within 48-hours of shipment being received. 

At the checkout stage of your purchase, you have the option to insure your shipment. If you elect NOT to insure your shipment, please be advised damage (if any) that is incurred during transit, the responsibility of any damage is yours not Rugged Bullbars. Any follow up required to repair or recover damaged and/or missing items is your responsibility.
